Living on your own: Everything a student needs to know about adulting! A course for upperclassmen that teaches about independent living.
Interior Design: A course for those interested in a career in interior design, or for those who are interested in finding out more and decide to choose another vocation, your dorm room or first house will be the envy of your friends and family.
International Foods: If you like to sample new foods, this class is a must for you! A very popular course in which students learn about the culture and cuisine of different countries around the world. International Foods is a college-level credit course that is articulated with Pikes Peak State College.
Catering and Hospitality: A year-long course for students who are interested in a career in the culinary arts and love to eat and cook.
Teen Choices: A class all about you! Deals with issues that teenagers face on a regular basis and gives resources on how to cope with them.
