  • Religious holidays

Additional information is available in our School Handbook.

Leaving Campus and Early Check-Out

Once a student arrives on campus, they are expected to remain in class. If a student must leave before the end of the day, the parent should notify the attendance office as soon as possible. You may notify the office in advance for upcoming absences; it is not necessary to wait until the day of absence.

Please allow 45 minutes between calling and arriving to pick up your student. This allows time for the student services secretaries to receive your message, locate the student, and notify them of the early dismissal.

  • Your student will receive a pass for the block during which they need to leave school.
  • The student must check in with Attendance upon returning to school, even during passing periods or lunch.
  • If a student arrives late due to an excused absence, they must check in with Attendance.

Pre-Arranged Absences

For an extended pre-planned absence of more than two consecutive days, please complete the pre-arranged absence form and print it out. Please allow enough time for your student to obtain the required signatures and submit the signed form to the Attendance Office at least two days before the absence.
