Please contact your student’s teacher first. Many questions can be resolved quickly and efficiently through conversations with your child’s educator. If you do not hear from the teacher within 1–2 school days and/or feel the issue was not resolved, move to the next level.

If your concern involves something beyond the classroom, such as social-emotional needs, scheduling, or behavior patterns across multiple classes, please contact your student’s counselor or dean.

4: When Do I Contact the Principal?
If your concern remains unresolved after working through the previous steps, please contact the Principal. Our Principal serves as the final point of contact for student and staff concerns and appeals. The Principal’s Office will ensure the matter receives appropriate attention and follow-up.
