Over Spring Break, Air Academy and Pine Creek students traveled to Japan to expand their horizons! Students and chaperones hit the highlights in Japan traveling to Tokyo, Hakone, Takayama, and Kyoto. Staying at a traditional Japanese inn, eating a traditional Japanese dinner (and many more delicious Japanese meals), visiting the Nara Deer Park where the deer bow, and learning more about the life and culture of Japan were among students' favorite activities. Educational travel is a great way to expand learning during school breaks!
