Caught in the Act is a fun farce that chronicles the mishaps of a small theatre company made up of a bunch of misfit actors led by the harried director, Gracie, played by Sarah Newbrough. The cast is constantly in motion and the crew actually becomes part of the play in many scenes. Drama, mystery, and comedy are all wrapped up in this lighthearted production.

Mrs. Cullen, AAHS English teacher, had the privilege of a sneak peek with her own children at Tuesday's dress rehearsal. Mrs. Cullen loved "the chaotic energy, specifically all the running, and the dramatics of Piper's couch scene."

After seeing the play on opening night, Principal Olson gave it high praise: "It is so good! The most and loudest I’ve laughed in a long, long time! Abbott and Costello would be proud of the stage right, stage left bit at the beginning-hilarious!"
