AAHS Donates Blood for Our Community

AAHS held a very successful Blood Drive sponsored by the AFJROTC program and led by senior Isabella Colodny on February 2nd, 2024.  The schedule was full all day with students, teachers, parents, and administrators donating blood.   A total of 30 units of blood were collected to be used primarily for patients in Colorado Springs hospitals.  A huge thank you to all the generous donors, many of whom were students donating for the first time.  Students under 18 but at least 16 may donate in Colorado with signed parent permission.
