 2019 FALL Sports Registration Information

FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON JULY 1, 2019

All sports registrations will be on-line through Arbiter Athlete (see instructions below).  Registration will open on Monday, July 1, 2019

Deadlines for Fall Sport registration:

Boys Golf: August 1, 2019 (First Day of practice is August 5th)

Boys/Girls Cross Country, Boys Golf, Boys Tennis, Boys Soccer, Softball, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Gymnastics and Football:
August  8, 2019
(First day of practice/tryouts is August 12th)


Previous athletic fees must be paid before any athlete can participate in tryouts or practices.

CHEER UPDATE

We are excited to announce Coach Lauren Beech as the new Head Cheerleading Coach at Air Academy High School.  There will be an informational meeting in the Air Academy High School Big Gym for parents and athletes on Friday, May 3rd at 6:00pm followed by a clinic from 6:30-8:00pm.  Clinics will also be held on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th from 4:30pm-7:30pm.  Tryouts will be Saturday, May 11th  from 8-12:00pm.  All clinics, tryouts and practices will be in the middle gym at Air Academy High School.

SUMMER WEIGHTS

On-line Registration for Summer Weights Program beginning June 10th until August 2nd, 2019. There will be a break from July 1 - July 5, 2019. Current physical is required to participate. If you have questions, please email Coach Grinde at scott.grinde@asd20.org or Coach Duran at douglas.duran@asd20.org. Cost is $90.00. Payment can be made on PayForIt.net or check made payable to AAHS and given to the bookkeeping office. This program is open to all athletes.

TRANSFER STUDENTS

Any student transferring to Air Academy High School from another high school must apply for Athletic Eligibility.  After a student athlete creates their ARBITER ATHLETE account, a parent or guardian will need to create an Arbiter Athlete account and link the two by following the directions and prompts.  All parents of student athletes transferring to AAHS are required to complete this step to facilitate athletic eligibility.  Please complete Transfer Form 9 with required documentation and submit.  You will be notified once the transfer eligibility process has been completed.  


 

ATHLETIC FEES-

·         $95.00 athletic fee for all sports except Cheer and Hockey (see below)

·         $142.50 for Out of District (Students not enrolled at AAHS and live out of the District 20 attendance area) 

CHEER FEES:  $120.00 (does NOT include program fees - apparel, etc).

-HOCKEY FEES: $275.00 For out of District Hockey Players the fee is $412.50).


~ All fees must be paid prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.  Athletes with outstanding fees from a previous season will not be permitted to tryout or practice.
