 Sports Registration Information

Paying for Sports


Option 1: Go to www.payforit.net to pay with a check or credit card.  Use your Infinite Campus username and password to login. Print and attach receipt to your completed registration form.


Option 2: Pay with cash via the bookkeeping office at AAHS.


Option 3: Pay with a check or money order via the bookkeeping office.


Maximum Athletic Fees For Resident or D20 Enrolled Students:

Please note that fees are refundable if student does not make a team.  Fees are not refundable for athletes that choose not to participate once the season has started.


Transfer Students

Any student transferring to Air Academy High School from another high school must apply for Athletic Eligibility to be eligible to play at AAHS.  


Step 1:  The student athletes create their ARBITER ATHLETE accounts. 

Step 2: Parents/guardians creates Arbiter Athlete accounts and link their with their students' by following the directions and prompts.  


Step 3: Complete Transfer Form 9 with required documentation and submit.  

Step 4: You will be notified once the transfer eligibility process has been completed. 



All Sports Registration opened on

July 1, 2019


All sports registrations will be on-line through Arbiter Athlete (see instructions below).  Registration will open on Monday, July 1, 2019.

Previous athletic fees must be paid before any athlete can participate in tryouts or practices.



Deadlines for Fall Sports registration were:


  • Boys Golf: August 1, 2019 (First Day of practice is August 5th)

  • Boys/Girls Cross Country, Boys Golf, Boys Tennis, Boys Soccer, Softball, Volleyball, Field Hockey, Gymnastics and Football: August  8, 2019 (First day of practice/tryouts was August 12th)

 Fees

​Athletic Fees

With the exception of Cheer and Hockey (see below) in-district, AAHS students must pay a $95.00 athletic fee to participate in any sport.


Students  not enrolled at AAHS and who live out of the District 20 attendance area pay $142.50 to participate in any sport. 


All fees must be paid prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.  Athletes with outstanding fees from a previous season will not be permitted to tryout or practice.


Cheer Fees

  • $120.00 + program fees (for apparel, etc.)

Hockey Fees

  • $275.00 for in-district students

  • $412.50 for out-of-district hockey players
