Summer Pre-season Athletic Activity Information

Summer workouts begin July 9th from 9-11AM.  From that point forward we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9-11 until July 30.  The summer workouts will be held at the softball field at Air Academy.

Transfer Student Information

(All students (grades 10-12)  who transfer to Air Academy HS and wish to participate in athletics must complete an Application for Transfer Eligibility located on Planet HS under "Transfer Forms".)

Physical Form


Due to the on going COVID-19 situation, it is recommended that you schedule your students fall athletic physical as soon as possible.  UC Health is encouraging all physical appointments be made now in order to have them completed in time for the fall sports season.  Students without a current updated physical will not be permitted to try out or paticipate in any way until a valid physical (with a physician's or clinic's stamp) is submitted.

Family/Parent Pass Information

Family Athletic Pass $175.00 (up to 5 persons)

Parent Athletic Pass $55.00 EACH parent

Football Athletic Pass $25.00 EACH Parent

Please complete and return form below to receive a Family/Parent Athletic Pass.  Passes cannot be completed until form and payment are received in the Athletics office.

​Athletic Fees

Paying for Sports

With the exception of Cheer and Hockey (see below) in-district, AAHS students must pay a $95.00 athletic fee to participate in any sport.

Students  not enrolled at AAHS and who live out of the District 20 attendance area pay $142.50 to participate in any sport. 

All fees must be paid prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.  Athletes with outstanding fees from a previous season will not be permitted to tryout or practice.

Cheer Fees

  • $120.00 + program fees (for apparel, etc.)

Hockey Fees

  • $275.00 for in-district students

  • $412.50 for out-of-district hockey players
