Air Academy High School Fall Sports Registration will open on July 16, 2018
The athletics office will no longer accept paper registration. Registration materials are now located on the Extended Parent Portal. All athletes, regardless of prior season participation, MUST COMPLETE THE PARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION. Instructions for registering your athlete are below:

If you are unable to access your parent account, please contact the D20 Help desk at 719-234-1777 or the District 20 help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact Patty Westfall if you are unsure when your athlete's physical will expire.. Physicals CANNOT expire during the sport season. New physicals can be uploaded to the portal site or scanned and emailed to email@example.com, or brought to the Athletics Office, if preferred.

ARBITER ATHLETE MANDATORY REGISTRATION
Starting in the fall of 2018, CHSAA is requiring all student athletes to create an Arbiter Athlete account. The new system will be used to more efficiently track and execute student participation, eligibility, transfers, and other essential functions of high school athletics. Student athlete’s create their own accounts by using our school’s Quick Account Code (See Below) or they can also create an account on www.arbiterathlete.com. After a student athlete creates their account, a parent or guardian will need to create an account and link the two by following the directions and prompts. This will need to be completed in addition to the online athletic registration process. Both have to be done before athletes can participate in practice.

Parent handbook for transfers- information regarding students transferring to Air Academy High School from any other school. After a student athlete creates their ARBITER ATHLETE account, a parent or guardian will need to create an Arbiter Athlete account and link the two by following the directions and prompts. All parents of student athletes transfering to AAHS are required to complete this step to facilitate athletic eligibility. Please complete Transfer Form 9 with required documetation and submit. You will be notified once the transfer eligibility process has been completed.
