 Transportation to Meets

Whenever we have a meet in Colo. Spgs., we give team members the option to drive themselves to the meet.
We also provide a ONE-WAY bus to the meet for team members who can't/don't want to drive. This bus leaves as soon as the passengers are dropped off at the meet, so everyone is responsible for their own rides home for local meets.
For out-of-town meets, a two-way bus is provided. In this case, ALL team members are expected to ride to the meet on the bus.
Any team member can ride home with their parents from an out-of-town meet. We absolutely need, however, to see the parent(s) before they leave with their child so we know alternate transportation has been arranged and we aren't frantically searching for a "missing" runner at the end of the meet.
Parents, if your child wants to ride home with somebody else from an out-of-town meet (sibling, friend, someone else's parents, etc.) and it's OK with you, you MUST provide a written/signed note to the coaches giving your permission before we will let them. For liability concerns, there are NO exceptions to this expectation.
